Certainly, as part of our General and Premium Cleaning Services, interior window cleaning is included. However, exterior window cleaning is not covered within the standard service and is available at an additional cost per window panel, should the client choose to have it cleaned.
In the event that a client wishes to cancel their booking with at least two days’ notice before the confirmed date, they have the option to request a reschedule. For a complete cancellation, if requested by the client, a 30% refund of their initial payment will be processed. If a client intends to reschedule their booking, they are required to make the request at least one day prior to the confirmed booking date. This rescheduling privilege can be utilized up to two times. Following any reschedule(s), the initially confirmed booking will be automatically canceled, and the No Refund policy will be enforced.
